We’ve recently submitted a planning application to transform the Harold Road site into a creative workspace, designed to support making, learning and collaboration in Margate.
The plans include a mix of light industrial workshops, artist studios, spaces for community activity, education and training, alongside some offices, exhibition space and the potential for a café. The application also proposes changes to windows and doors, and internal upgrades to make the space more flexible and welcoming.
