Job Title: Operations and Finance Manager
Responsible to: Executive Director
Responsible for: Administration and Finance Officer
Salary: £47,000 – £53,000 pro rata dependent on experience 
Term: Permanent – four days per week [0.8 FTE]

The focus of this role is to ensure that the Margate Creative Land Trust works efficiently and effectively, making the best use of all its assets and operating to a high standard.  The postholder will be responsible for the effective organisation of our operations, finances, HR and organisational management activities.   

 Key accountabilities are:

• The development and fulfilment of Trust operational, HR and financial processes.

• Ensuring organisational policies remain relevant and emulate best practice and organisational values.

• The management of funder reporting, monitoring and evaluation.

• Leading on estate management, once properties acquired, including the letting of property.
