To complement the skills of the current board we wish to appoint four new trustees.  We are looking to recruit trustees who can bring skills in one or more of the following areas:

• Finance – to take on the role of Treasurer and ideally to bring knowledge of charity accounting.
• Organisational management.  To bring experience of management, policies, procedures, regulation and governance.
•  Property – an experienced property professional, ideally with RICS membership or equivalent.
• HR/Personnel – experience and qualifications in people management.
• Environmental, Social and Governance. Experience of managing within a real estate environment.
